German wines, a charming companion for summer

Wine tasting at Bai Chang's Shang Shu (Prime Minister) Bar to meet lovers of German wine.

A selection of German wines from the Mosel and Pfalz regions will be served with light snacks. Mr. Horace Cheung will introduce German wines, and there will be a DVD presentation about the Mosel-Saar-Ruwer wine region.
