公司上次供應從Scherr進口到香港的這 “聖羅倫”葡萄酒是2004年份收成的, 是一款最深紅色的葡萄酒. 請在充足日光燈下細意欣賞.
他有 黑梅 的味道, 柔和 圓滑的 口感 , 要耐心細意去 感受她的美態.
此葡萄於40'年代曾機乎絕種. 經小心培植至今只有這區Pfalz “法尓茲” (大學古城「海德堡」（Heidelberg） 西面約100km) 保留下來. 全心全意來釀酒. 葡齡50+年出的葡萄酒因此物超所值, 不單只是“合理” 那麽簡單.這款2015年份收成的紅酒具有柔和的單寧結構，酒體飽滿，有成熟李子和野生漿果的味道。有趣的是，這種酒能夠略略冷卻下來保持在 16’c to 18’c , 並待舒適的室溫 (22’c ) 下讓他 呼吸 最少 半小時 才開始品甞.
