人們普遍認為，黑比諾可以生產出世界上最好的葡萄酒，但是很難種植並轉化為葡萄酒。有人說“上帝做了赤霞珠，而魔鬼做了Spaetburgunder”。 廣範 品酒客 均認為 這品種 可釀出 “廣寒宮”方有的美酒. 但可惜 極難達到這目標。
在陽光充沛, 溫差明顯的環境中培植, 並在木桶中至少8個月; 長時間成熟. 木香沉厚, 歷久不散. 因葡萄表皮的特性;皮薄; 紅色素較少, 酒色僕素, 丹寧成熟柔潤. 可有感受出充滿黑梅及黑英桃的果味.
建議搭配短而輕烤肉和燉肉，炆, 燻, 燉 , 芝士等菜式.
為什麽徳國紅葡萄酒可以強橫澎湃亦可以口感柔和潤滑? 主因除一如其他產酒國有陽光, 溫差...等亦因位處略北. 容許慢慢的成熟, 其中果糖…等因素為主.
这瓶是2015年的葡萄酒， 優雅，輕盈，果味齒頰留香.
