盪菲德Dornfelder是德國首三款最廣範種植的紅葡萄之一，是代表該最最著名的紅葡萄酒之一。此品種在今天已最廣為人知，
如果你仔細觀察，這款葡萄酒在陽光下有深黑紅色和紫色的顏色反射光。夏天應輕輕冷卻至8-10攝氏度，並待舒適的室溫下讓他呼吸半小時以上自然提溫。 讓酒體解開才開始慢慢殷嘗。酒體飽滿，單寧豐富，鼻子充滿著濃郁的黑玫瑰花，野果和黑莓和淡淡的黑櫻桃的精緻香調。果味濃郁，有時帶有一絲薄荷味（淡淡的留蘭香），微妙而優雅回味無窮。
它適合與薄餅，意粉，羊肉，芝士，乾燒麵條，非辣味醬汁之牛肉，中式的枝竹牛/羊煲仔菜，鹿肉, 水餃或香草羊肉等搭配，三五知己分享。或者一個人喝。
