Last vintage of this Kabinett Gewürztraminer wine offered to HK. was 2010,
This is a off dry Kabinett level mild white wine. Its precious bouquet attracted your nose the most with the hints of delicate aroma like Rose and Chrysanthemum. Light in acidity, noble sweet with harmonious leeches sweetness, which appreciates every connoisseur. Sensual and enjoyable.
Gewürztraminer is named after the Tyrolian village of Tramin. In Italy, In Germany a word "Gewürz" is added in front and literally means "spice". A very pretentious grape with a seductive scent of flowers . A heavily and strong changing output yearly.
Please enjoy this wine with blue cheese, Thai and especially the curries (not much wine go well than this their dishes) , serving temperature at about 10℃.
