White Wines
White wines are made from the juice and skin of green, gold or yellowish coloured grapes, or just the juice from red grapes. If red grapes are used, the skins are removed quickly after crushing, before fermentation.
White wines are generally best served chilled, perhaps around 7°C.
White wines are more refreshing and lighter in style and taste than most red wines.
