Pfalz, 2003, Fruehburgunder -S -

There are 200 hectares of land in Germany (the world) has this variety. You may be one of the very few persons in HK first time drinking this wine. This wine was in Barriques minimum 12 month, a part in new, a part in one or two years old Barriques. Please drink it with your family or with many of your friends. I have less than 30 bottles of this wine. This noble Burgundy with the fascinating odour compares with the soft bouquet of wild strawberries, Vanilla and roasted flavours. He starts with a complementally warmness in the mouth and ends with a long flavour feeling after drinking. I would suggest you NOT to take this wine with food. Just simply enjoy it slowly this wine would be perfect. give it a breathing time of minimum half an hour.
