在整國德國葡萄酒級別內Trockenbeerenauslese（TBA）乾葡萄精選酒，方算得上是 極品中之極品，釀造者真的有 「不成功便成仁」 之投入心態去 選擇 釀造 此級別的酒。本人未知全港存有多少數量這級別的葡萄酒，我合指一算本公司就也沒有多出幾支來。這級別之酒 量少 並 極之稀有，價格亦亦一十分高。
這瓶酒是用2000年Ortega葡萄來釀造，於2004年取到同級中之銀獎。酒色有如 晚霞 一樣，火紅的太陽，落到接近 水平線 時 深橙紅色似的，甘醇 得有如柑橘蜜甜美，厚厚的酒質柔滑如絲，真的只能意會。這酒每年升價十倍，若真的想擁有她並與至愛親朋分享的話，請快與我聯絡。
