Mosel-Saar-Ruwer, 2002, Riesling * Bronze Medal

Deliciously fruity Riesling with a complex, rounded palate displaying notes of apple, lemons and pears. Nice acidity and great balance. Some honey and enough sweetness makes it an excellent food match. Good for another decade. Mr. Walter Oster the wine maker,He has monorail track in all his vineyards here to work on the site effectively. In addition to Riesling vines, Walter also plant peach and fig trees. He has his own ways of dealing the German predicate system; a gold capsule identifies his best wines. The 2003 wines we offer to HK are more concentrated and have a delicate spicy note and mellowness, a real treat to drink again within this few years.
