It was a selected harvest out of 50 yrs old vineyards. Rich aromas. This wine gone though 12 hours maceration, rest to fermentation for 12 days then stored in oak casks not less than 9 months, bottling for the class of Crianza by cellaring for other 12 months before release. Work well for meats with complex garnish, vegetables Stock, stew, wild game, fishes with a very complex garnish and chocolate desert. It is such a beautiful wine with great value.
