Pfalz, 2006, Grauburgunder

The vines were grown up on loess soil in the excellent location of “Hainfelder Letten”. The characteristics of this variety are the intensive flavours of nuts and pears, odour of berries, a touch of clove and fruity, very present of taste with an incredible melt and a bunch of several flavours as well as an opulent and richness in body, it also has light acidity. A word “Classic” shown on the label is representing it is in a rating of QBA but it is in the direction of more tend to a style of dry. Excellent attendant of all kind of dishes especially go well with rich of the flavour of roasted meat such as Roasted Chicken, Beef…etc. I could also suggested to go with cheese and as digestive at the end of a dinner.
